With over a decade of experience working alongside top-producing agent Kim Deol, I bring a deep understanding of real estate operations and client service to my role as her professional assistant. Having started as Kim’s transaction coordinator, I’ve developed a strong foundation in managing every stage of the real estate process—from offer to closing—with precision and care.
In my current role, I provide comprehensive administrative and client support to ensure the seamless flow of each transaction. I manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, handle correspondence, and oversee client communications and follow-ups. I also organize and maintain client databases and files, coordinate showings and open houses, prepare and post listings, and assist with contracts and closing documentation.
In addition, I support day-to-day business operations through basic bookkeeping, managing invoices and bills, and ensuring that every detail behind the scenes is handled efficiently. My goal is to help Kim deliver exceptional service to our clients while keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently.
