With over a decade of experience working alongside top-producing agent Kim Deol, I bring a deep understanding of real estate operations and client service to my role as her professional assistant. Having started as Kim’s transaction coordinator, I’ve developed a strong foundation in managing every stage of the real estate process—from offer to closing—with precision and care.
In my current role, I provide comprehensive administrative and client support to ensure the seamless flow of each transaction. I manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, handle correspondence, and oversee client communications and follow-ups. I also organize and maintain client databases and files, coordinate showings and open houses, prepare and post listings, and assist with contracts and closing documentation.
In addition, I support day-to-day business operations through basic bookkeeping, managing invoices and bills, and ensuring that every detail behind the scenes is handled efficiently. My goal is to help Kim deliver exceptional service to our clients while keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently.

Aside from being one of the highest-producing and most efficient realtors in the Bay Area, Kim has also been a native of the area since 1990. Kim has also been a Dublin native for the past 20 years, raising both her kids in the city. Her eldest completed high school at Dublin High, a premier school that is at the forefront in almost every subject. Due to the access that the school had to a number of resources, he was able to expose himself to several different disciplines, ranging from STEM classes to the arts. The school also had one of the most successful biomedical high school programs in the area. The younger son is currently attending Fallon Middle School, another long-established and well-known school.
